Stridewell ("Company", "we") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies do, why we use them, and your choices.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help us remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how you use the site.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary: Required for site functionality (cart, checkout, login). These cannot be disabled in our consent banner.
- Performance / analytics: Measure traffic and site behavior in aggregate. Subject to consent.
- Advertising / targeting: Used by advertising partners (e.g., Meta, Google) to deliver and measure relevant ads. Subject to consent and the right to opt out (see CCPA section in our Privacy Policy).
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we use (analytics, ad networks, embedded media). Their policies govern those cookies.
4. Your Choices
When you first visit, you'll see a consent banner. You can change your preferences anytime via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings; note that doing so may break certain site features.
5. Do Not Track
We honor browser-level "Global Privacy Control" signals as an opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information.
6. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Questions about cookies: support@stridewell.com
Beyond the standard cookies described in the main policy, pages for the Stridewell NightStride™ Soft Night Splint for Plantar Fasciitis & Heel Pain set a small number of category-specific cookies. A fit-finder state cookie (e.g. `sw_nightstride_fit`) temporarily remembers answers you give in the sizing/stretch-tension helper so you don't have to re-enter them if you navigate away and return. This cookie is first-party, holds no name or payment data, and expires at the end of your session or shortly after.
A wishlist / save-for-later cookie (e.g. `sw_saved_items`) lets you bookmark the NightStride™ Recovery Kit or the StrideBall add-on while you decide. This supports the shopping experience only and is not shared with advertisers. If you are logged in, the saved item syncs to your account instead.
We also use analytics cookies to understand which NightStride™ content customers read most — for instance whether shoppers spend more time on the soft-shell comfort section or the morning-routine instructions — so we can improve the product pages. Where we run remarketing, a third-party advertising cookie may note that you viewed a heel-pain recovery product so a general wellness ad can be shown later; we do not pass your symptom questionnaire answers into these ad tags.
You can opt out of analytics and advertising cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings without losing the ability to browse or buy the NightStride™ kit. Declining the fit-finder cookie simply means the sizing helper will not remember your answers between visits.
